SEOScan is an online platform that provides SEO analysis and auditing tools. Our Service allows users to:

• Analyze websites for SEO metrics and optimization opportunities
• Compare two websites side-by-side
• Generate AI-powered SEO recommendations (on Pro and Business plans)
• Track audit history and monitor SEO progress

SEOScan provides information and recommendations only. We do not guarantee specific SEO results or ranking improvements.

SEOScan offers three subscription plans:

You agree not to use SEOScan for any of the following purposes:

• To analyze websites you do not own or have permission to analyze
• To conduct unauthorized security testing or hacking attempts
• To violate any applicable laws or regulations
• To infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
• To spam, harass, or abuse other users
• To overload or "attack" our servers through automated requests
• To reverse-engineer or attempt to circumvent our security measures
• To circumvent payment or usage restrictions

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

All content, features, and functionality of SEOScan (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and code) are the exclusive property of SEOScan or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without our prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SEOScan and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or revenue
• Loss of data or information
• Loss of business opportunities
• Business interruption

Even if SEOScan has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

SEOScan is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Specific SEO results or ranking improvements
• Accuracy of all data or recommendations
• Compatibility with third-party services

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in prohibited activities
• Provide false or misleading information
• Abuse the Service or other users

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. We may delete your account data after 90 days of account closure.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of SEOScan after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
